You'll be happy to know that talking to us isn't like having a conversation with a statue, nor is it like discussing theoretical physics with Einstein.  We enjoy what we do and make every effort to take as much confusion out of the numbers and the government as we can when working with you.

SILVIA C DELGADO is the owner and general manager of San Joaquin.  Silvia is an Enrolled Agent.  That is that she is able to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service in their stead.  If you don't want to deal with the government face-to-face  during an audit or even over the phone this is really the way to go.  In addition to representing clients, Silvia's core focus is on complex business and personal returns, including partnerships, corporations, and trusts.  Silvia is also an accomplished bookkeeper and is one of fewer than five people in the southern San Joaquin Valley holding the designation of Certified Bookkeeper® from the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers

KEITH STOLLER founded San Joaquin in 2002 and owned it until January, 2007, when he handed the reigns to Silvia.  Stoller serves as needed as Business & Tax Consultant.  He works with clients locally as well as Statewide.  Additionally, Stoller has been preparing tax returns since 1991 and presently prepares returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Corporations, LLCs, Non-profits, and Estates.

ROB HERNANDEZ brings twenty years for accounting and business tax experience to the team.  His professional manner and articulate communication add to the feeling of confidence you will have working with him as our Bookkeeper.  For quality work and someone who can explain the numbers in a clear fashion, Rob is second to none.
 
JUANITA PEREZ is San Joaquin's client payroll coordinator.  Juanita's organization skills were fine-tuned in the military and she brings the best of this experience to help our clients.  She handles all payroll activities as well as payroll report compilation to cover our clients' reporting obligations, allowing them to concentrate on business and not the government.
 
ELSA BARRERA handles client and administrative needs.  Try calling us and likely it is Elsa you will be speaking with initially.  She can handle most basic questions and concerns and you will find her caring attitude is sincere.  In addition to customer service she helps keep our "Paperwork Monster" in check.
 
OUR VILLAGE is our network of friends and businesses specialized in areas which complement our services and help our client businesses and individuals deal with complex or unique problems not readily addressed in-house.  If you are experiencing a challenge with any area of your business, whether or not it is in our areas of core competency, we can always introduce you to any one of a number of people or businesses that can better address your needs.  So, if you have a question pick up the phone and call for an appointment.  Our initial consultation is free and if we can't help you we usually know one or more people who can.
